About Envaira

Built on experience. Designed for what comes next.

Envaira was founded by a team with deep experience across EHS compliance, regulatory technology and building businesses around complex regulatory challenges.

How Envaira began

A chance conversation. A shared opportunity.

The idea for Envaira began to take shape in 2025 following a chance conversation on the bus journey home from a co-hosted IDA and Enterprise Ireland event in Waterford.

    1. The conversation

On the bus home from a co-hosted IDA and Enterprise Ireland event, Eugene and Michael got talking. Eugene saw real untapped potential in how organisations manage EHS compliance. Michael had built regulated fintech platforms, where transparency, traceability and auditability are non-negotiable, and wondered why EHS hadn’t caught up.

    2. The next meeting

Michael and Katie met for coffee at the Limerick City Gallery of Art and spent several hours on one question: what could a modern EHS compliance platform look like? Automation, AI and regulated technology could reduce the administrative burden and give EHS professionals time back for improvement.

    3. The result

Those conversations became a shared vision: trusted EHS expertise, regulated technology, automation and AI, and genuine customer partnership, brought together to help organisations move from reactive compliance to a more proactive, insight-led approach.

Our approach

Compliance intelligence, not just another legal register.

We believe technology should make EHS professionals more effective, not remove the expertise and judgement that good compliance depends on.

Our platform combines technology and AI with expert-curated regulatory content to help organisations understand what applies to them, identify what has changed, evaluate compliance and maintain the evidence behind their decisions.

  • Expert-curated

    Regulatory content you can trust.

  • Technology-enabled

Built for how EHS teams work.

  • Traceable

    From legislation to evidence.
